Approval Process: Once your return request is approved, Sensible Man will provide:
- A return shipping label (if applicable).

Refund Process
Inspection and Notification: After receiving the returned item, Sensible Man will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval status.
Refund Timing:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- EU customers will also receive refunds for the cost of standard delivery (if applicable) in accordance with EU regulations.
Rejection: Returns that do not meet eligibility conditions (e.g., damaged, used, or missing original packaging) will not qualify for a refund.
Special Cases and Replacements
Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an item that differs from what was ordered, a replacement will be provided at no extra cost. Evidence, such as photographs, may be required for verification.
